We offer customers a fast and friendly storage experience. All of our units have drive up access to enable easy loading and unloading of goods.\u00a0 All our units are kept clean, dry and secure, and all new customers can rent either online or at the facility.<\/p>

Size of the site required?<\/strong><\/h2>

Our Site requirements 15000 to 60,000 Square Feet. Ideally we would prefer reasonably level ground with drainage & electric supply if available.<\/p>

Usage and Planning<\/strong><\/h2>

Ideally we would require B8 industrial and storage use, industrial areas and estate rather than residential locations. However, we are willing to look at any sites with the potential for self storage use (subject to planning). Some of our facilities are 24 hour access to customers, this is preferred, however not essential for our facilities.<\/p>

Leasehold \u2013 It is essential for us to have a long lease of 10 years minimum.<\/p>
