N.B. You can reserve up to 7 days in advance online, if you want to reserve a unit of longer, please give us a call.
In your welcome email you will receive your unit number and access code, this can be used to access your unit when needed. If you have selected a ground floor unit you will be able to drive straight up to the unit or for the upper level you can park next to the staircase for loading and unloading.
N.B. We offer padlocks for purchase on site from a collect point. If you require a padlock, please give us a call.
With Standby there is no notice period. Your subscription renews automatically every month. If you want to vacate your unit, simply login and cancel your subscription online. You can use your storage for the whole period you have already paid for.
